Hotel Shehnaz Inn

If your are a big joint family don't think of staying here bcoz their staff will always be seeing you as a theif who have entered the hotel to steal there things... As the owner thought we didn't knew the punjabi and had discussing with staff to keep watch on us so that we don't steal the thing. As our train was early morning so we took this cheap hotel just to stay for a night as we checked in hotel at late night around 9pm. But the person having rude behaviour with the sarcastic tone for my family members. Even he having room on lower floor he gave all the rooms on higher floor even after knowing we had senior citizens with us who had to face problem climbing the stairs as there hotel doesn't have lift. And above that he kept on saying it's better to give them upper floor they don't deserve to be on lower floor they all re theif coming in groups to steal the thing... After hearing all this we even introduced him ourself in Punjabi and then he kept on saying it's for safety purpose nothing to offend you people... As we didn't wanted to have any unwanted argument we just ignored his sarcastic tone... But if your non punjabi don't even think of going in this hotel bcoz here people don't know how to value there guest.

Property location is most valuable either u come on train or your own vehicle . Mr Gaurav very helping person there . My experience is good overall in Amritsar n in Hotel also.

I like the stay there, it was very comfortable and decent room in a good price. The staff and even the owner was very helpful.Wonderful stay .i am coming again in January i will definitely stay here

Unfortunately, my stay at Shehnaz didn't meet my expectations. The room was dirty and had a strong odor, and the staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. However, the location was convenient and close to public transportation. Overall, my stay was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend Shehnaz to others. I hope the hotel takes guest feedback seriously and makes necessary changes to improve the experience.

Ideally located as far as Golden Temple and Railway station is concerned, cardial staff, quality food.Parking area near main. Entrance is also relaxing.

The hospitality at the hotel is just awesome. Cooperative and caring staff so far in my entire travel history. The hotel has an advantage over a few things including Walking Distance to Railway Station and Golden Temple. All facilities like cab, bus, rikshaw, food available. You need to go nowhere to avail service.Wagah border package is just a surprise.

Owner asked me to pay Rs 200 to confirm my reservation which in transferred him online in good faith before I reached hotel and when i saw the room which was in very bad condition,so i re he forfeited my advance.

Comfortable stay in this to much cold weather but They provide us warm water geyser and Exttra blankts in the mid of the night. So that we sleep comfortabily. Thx for the duty persons.

Cost

No Lift, stairs are very stiff, no room service, tea and food supplied from footpath stall and worst quality. All of us got sick after taking foods. Staff is not helpfull. Bathroom's geyser while on you don't touch thr water taps, there are huge electric shock, very dangerous. They take more Rs 500 beyond booking.dot com's total price and no bills handed over to me. I was staying there without any valid receipt. Worst experience ever to my life.

The service is too poor and the employees are non cooperative. The amenities they have mentioned is not available in the property.
